Reservation received
Got it. Your spot is on hold.
Nothing else for you to do right now — I'll be in touch today with your agreement and the exact numbers.
What happens next
Four steps, and you're done
Your agreement arrives
Same day, usually within a few hoursFilled out with your vehicle, your rate and your total — you're only reading and signing, not filling anything in. If you asked for a paper packet, it goes in the mail instead and takes a few days.
You sign it
Takes about a minuteDigitally, or by check and signature if you're on paper. Nothing is charged until after you've signed.
Invoice, then payment
After signingAn itemized invoice follows your signature. Card, bank transfer or check. If you're paying the season in full, check or bank transfer takes $10 off.
We schedule your drop-off
Once payment clearsYou pick a slot, we're expecting you, and your vehicle goes straight to its space. Your countersigned agreement comes back to you at the same time.
Before you come
Have a look at the storage guidance — fuel stabilizer, fresh oil, tires up, battery sorted, nothing edible left inside. Most of what goes wrong over a winter is decided in the week before drop-off.
Storing a boat, RV or camper? Send a photo of your declarations page when you get a chance. It doesn't hold up your reservation.
Something come up?
Just call
If you need to change something, add a vehicle, or you haven't heard from me by tomorrow — call. You'll get me, not a call center.
