What we store
Four ways in
Every rate below is the paid-in-full monthly price for the winter season. Month-to-month runs about 15% higher.
Indoor
Dry, out of the weather, behind a locked door. Where the Corvettes, the Cutlasses and the daily drivers that deserve better go.
$70per month · cars
Carport
Covered bays. Snow off the deck, ice off the cover. The right call for boats, trailers and anything you'd rather not dig out.
$60per month · cars
Powersports
Dedicated indoor rooms for sleds, ATVs and side-by-sides. Two access tiers — packed away for the season, or parked where you can get at it all winter.
$60per month · sleds, packed
Yard & Trailhead
Gated outdoor storage. Park a loaded trailer minutes from the trail system and come and go all season — or store dormant and leave it until spring.
$80per month · trailhead spot
Dormant yard storage from $45/month. Boats, RVs, campers and trailers 16 ft and over are priced per foot. See the full rate schedule →
How long you need it
Three ways to book
Most people take the winter season. If your vehicle lives here year round, annual is cheaper than two seasons.

Six and a half months. Stay past the end date and you roll to month-to-month.

What you're actually getting
A real building
12,500 sq ft of brick, built as The Motor Mart — a full-service auto shop on this corner since the 1940s. Not a shipping container in a field.
Gated and locked
Keyed gate with a biometric padlock. A camera system is going in this fall — we'll tell you when it's live rather than before.
Plowed all winter
Snow removal is included. You're not shoveling to reach your own vehicle in April.
Battery tenders
$12 a month and we'll keep your vehicle on a tender all season. You supply it, we hook it up. Worth it on anything sitting until spring.
You know the owner
Veteran owned and operated. One person answers the phone, and it's the same person who parks your vehicle.
Insured or not, in writing
We carry no insurance on stored property — nobody in this business does. We ask you to tell us your coverage so there are no surprises either direction.
